• Close fire and water sides with new gaskets

• Change air, water, and fuel filters

• Set up combustion for peak efficiency

• Provide written report and combustion readings

• Check for any other problems on boiler

Maintenance is performed at 1, 3, 4, or 6 month intervals

Includes annual maintenance visit to open boiler for inspection
